《Disrupt! 100 Lessons in Business Innovation》is written by James Bidwell,the executive chairman of "Springwise.com".The book mainly shows and illustrates many creative and innovative business ideas of nine different fields(Sharing economy ,Smart city,Sustainable development,Entertainment,Health,Workplace,Communication,Retailing and Traveling ), in the 21st century.I am going to share 3 ideas that are the best from my list out of 100 to you and hope you could grab some ideas from that.(actually just because of my laziness😜)

1.Workplace-----inhersight.com

  The website is founded by an american,Ursula Mead.Given that many women are facing various problems in workplace,such as gender discrimination,inequality and sexual harassment,making many of them feel frustrated and disappointed.There is no way for them to express their true feelings and find other firms that are suitable for them .inhersight.com offer a platform to them to give opinions and reviews about the companies they worked for anonymously,The algorithm will analyse the data and provide the ranking of companies like Walmart,Google,Ultimate Software and Procore Technologies.Women can choose the best company for them based on the reviews from inhersight.com. So it's really beneficial to not only women,but also men.

2.Entertainment:Terror-Your Verdict

  We all love watching TV ever day and even stick to it throughout the day.Have you ever thought that if you can decide the ending of a TV drama,what will it be?German ARD produced a court-style drama and allow audience to vote for judgement.In other words,our audience can determine whether the person in the show is convicted or not.This kind of connection between actors and audience creates a lot of fun and totally change the way of modern entertainment.

3.Health:Happy Place

  Sweden Apotek Hjartat and Mimerse developed an app to create a virtual reality world-Happy Place.The aim of that is to reduce and lessen pain of patients in different aspects like toothache,tattooing and muscular pain by turning their attention from the pain to the virtual reality.Put on VR glasses and you can see mesmerising and beautiful scenery,which could heal your soul and mind,forget the pain of your body.If you want some entertaining,you can even discover certain items hidden in the scenery.It is said that this technique will act as anesthetics in the future(wow!No chemicals anyomore! 😮)

<<Positioning-The Battle for Your Mind>> is written by Al Ries and Jack Trout who are famous marketing professionals.The book mainly talks about how could a product become successful in the market and what can we do so as to reach that goal.Here are some things that I learned and acquired from this book and hope that they will be useful to you and trigger your interest to this book:

  1.Positioning is establishing a strong and steadfast relationship between customers and companies. Nowadays,due to the fierce competition in various industries(particularly Retailing),many firms make every effort to produce different kinds of products within short period of time in order to gain their market share as well as sales,which is considered as ‘over-communication’.In other words,These companies cannot build a clear,strong and powerful connection with our customers.They purchase the products because of the low price,but not the brand.Thinking about how to infuse the brand and the company'name in customers' mind is much more beneficial to simply increasing their sales in terms of profit(just take a look at Apple and Samsung,you can understand that😉)

  2.A name can contribute a huge impact on whether a firm could succeed.There some examples of good names-'Head & Shoulders','Edge' and 'Diehard'，which can make people clear about they are and most importantly,sharpen their power of brand.Therefore,here are 4 principles of making a good brand name:Show the function, No any chemical word ,No'too innovative word. Easy to remember.

  3.Don't blindly prolong 'product chain'.A lot of companies get big success in certain products but immediately immerse into a serious trap,thinking that they will succeed if they use the same name in another new product.Of course,NO happy Ending at all. Pantene 21 is a good example.after achieving a big success in shampoo market, Procter & Gamble produced different products with the same name like Pantene 21 hair gel,Pantene 21 treatment.At the end,big failure happened due to unclear position for customers.

  I highly recommend this book for those who are interested in marketing and advertising but a total beginner of that area.😀

Recommendation: Asobi Asobase (あそびあそばせ)

Asobi Asobase is a Japanese comic written by  Rin Suzukawa and has been serializing from 2015.It is animated on July 2018.It is a funny manga and mainly talks about the daily school of three girls.Just like the name of the manga,the girls plays different kinds of game and somehow causes many laughable and amusing scene.

  Actually,I do think that this is one of my most favourite funny comics in my list.From my point of view,Asobi Asobase is the best funny animation in this season😬.In this comic,the most impressive thing which come into your mind deeply is definitely the Kaogei(颜芸,which is something like Face Art).Similar to Nichijou,it can make laugh all the day and you can see the amazing contrast in both the animation and comic😂😂😂.See：

(well,I like the face art one in fact 😆😂😂)

I highly recommend this one if you want to feel relaxed while watching the anime.Also,it can show the "real" life of students in girl's school(LOL)

My First Step to Unknown

A naive young adult from Hong Kong

It's my first time to start a blog.I'm so surprised that Google offers such a great function to everybody in the world.Also,it is a perfect chance for me to share everything I read and I watched to different kinds of people(😂maybe nobody will visit in the end.....)

Anyway,the most important reason  I start writing on the blog is that I really want to share my thoughts to people around the world(especially westerns) to figure out what other people think of my ideas,reviews and thoughts. Yeah,Discussion is what I want definitely.

I plan to write at least one post every week and the contend is all about Review of  Business Book ,Anime and of course,some Japanese comics.Hope that you guys  enjoy it and acquire something from the post

Well,it's pretty simple.as I say before,I want to share to westerns so English is a must,isn't?But,I also see this as a gift for my to get used to English Writing.Yes,sorry for my poor English,but I will try hard to  proof-read it before I published(😅maybe......)
